RETURNS
We sincerely hope that you're happy with your purchase.  However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a 14 day RETURN and EXCHANGE policy.  
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it in.
Kindly note, if 14 days have gone by since your confirmed delivery date, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a return request, please send an email to returns@cleapparel.com including your order number, all your contact information and why you are requesting a return/exchange.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange your defective item, please email exchanges@cleapparel.com including your order number, all your contact information and why you are requesting an exchange.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(s) TO A PHYSICAL STORE?
Unfortunately at this time our company does not have a storefront.  However, we are hoping to open one in the future.  

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items do not qualify for a return or exchange.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds can vary depending on your financial institution.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait an additional day or so and check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@cleapparel.com.

GIFTS
If your item was given to you as a gift and you do not any form of proof of purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In most situations, return shipping is free.  However, some return request(s) may have discrepancies that can affect this.  If your order does qualify for a free return/exchange, we will provide you with a return shipping label.  If you order does not qualify for a free return/exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping.  Whether or not your order qualifies for free returns shipping will be communicated   to you in original return request email communications.
